Purpose:

This workshop will cover the essential steps to take once you have secured a Defence Tender. You will be given a broad range of information including:

• How to read a contract and understand my on-going rights and responsibilities

• What actions do I need to take to report on and measure the work I am doing under my contract

• How to invoice Defence, and what to expect about getting paid

The workshop will be run by Donna Bates who has 25+ years’ experience as a Corporate Senior Executive in Strategic Planning and Marketing. She has experience working with high-end businesses including Royal Automobile Club of WA, The Sunday Times, News Limited, Adelaide Advertiser and the Department of Defence. Donna has Degrees in Marketing/Management, Post-graduate degree PR. Donna is currently the Managing Director of The Lab Factory and the Owner of a Strategic Planning Consultancy.
