This forum is open to community aged care and disability service providers (primarily funded under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and NSW Community Care Supports Program) in Western Sydney and the Nepean, as well as to relevant stakeholders from other services and sectors.
There is no cost to attend, but please register on or before Friday 3 March 2017 to assist us with seating and catering arrangements.
