“Stephanie is a soon-to-be Bachelor of Science/Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics graduate at the University of Sydney. She has a passion for sports dietetics in particular, and works with athletes to achieve their performance and physique goals by applying a scientific approach to diet planning. In her spare time, she enjoys pursuing her own strength goals as a competitive powerlifter and keeping up to date with the latest research in the field.
Steph was a dancer as a child and understands the body image pressures that are often placed on women, especially surrounding food and exercise. Her long-term vision is to revolutionise the fitness industry by dispelling the many myths that surround healthy eating practices, and encouraging people to adopt a more balanced approach to eating. In particular, she wants to empower women to let go of restrictive eating practices and focus on building both mental and physical strength.”
“Rita Youkhana started her career in Psychology and always had an interest in helping people, one way or another. Psychology seemed like a starting point. Whilst studying, she came across Crossfit and having never tried any real form of training in the past, she didn’t know what to expect but fell in love. Not only did she enjoy the training, the progress she was making in terms of skills and strength but also the back and forth support and encouragement to and from those around her.
Meeting people at the gym or in a training environment meant that these people were already taking positive steps in the right direction. Rita quickly realised that she was in her element.
She decided that she wanted to learn more about fitness, anatomy, nutrition and the best ways to reach physical and mental goals. Now as a qualified Personal Trainer, Rita wishes to combine her two passions and join as many people as possible in the journey of bettering themselves and leading a fulfilling life.”

I have a Bachelor of Chiropractic from RMIT University in Melbourne and a Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University in Sydney. I have special interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports related injuries and women’s health. The human body and how it functions has always fascinated me, hence why I decided to become a Chiropractor.
Amanda Rose is the Founding Director of Western Sydney Women and beleives in a strong body gives you a strong mind. An experienced consultant and mentor of women, Amanda is passionate about sharing her experiences in life to encourage other women to look aftern their bodies (and their minds!).
