Founded in 2015 by local community as a counter-movement against mainstream fashion runways, the Western Sydney Fashion Festival comes to Blacktown in 2022.

Showcasing new pieces by local designers while increasing accessibility and inclusion within Sydney’s fashion industry, Western Sydney Fashion Festival is a celebration of western Sydney’s cultural diversity and multidisciplinary creative talent.

Featuring an array of local talent including Armando, GTAB, Lakshmi Bee and many more.

A special screening of the POV Digital Docuseries by Western Sydney Fashion Festival will screen prior to the runway. This ‘in-conversation’ series will unravel the personal experience of select designers from the beginnings of their design journey through to the aftermath of Covid.
