Join us for a guided wellness walk and kayaking at Garden Island!
About this event
Escape the hustle and bustle, join us for a fun adventurous nature immersive day with a peaceful guided wellness walk and kayak at Garden Island.
Your journey starts with a pick up in the city as we make our way to Garden Island, Port Adelaide. With tides and weather permitting, we will explore the quiet estuaries and backwaters of the mangroves and hopefully see the dolphins as we paddle our way around in double kayaks.
After a sumptuous healthy picnic lunch, we take you on a guided wellness walk either with the trees or on the beach with an opportunity to engage all your senses on this immersive guided experience.
Relax and unwind with us, give yourself the gift of a day of self care: unlocking your inner adventure (you know it's in there!) followed by peaceful immersion in nature.
All are welcome to this event. Basic fitness is needed for this experience. Kayaking experience is handy but not necessary (life jackets must be worn and are provided) and walking distance is approx 3km on either mostly flat trails or beach sand.
Wise Women Walking Members unlock a 10% discount off this event! For more information on our membership program head to www.bigheartadventures.com.au/membership
