In need of some self-care? Come along to Wellbeing Wednesdays!
Recovery Yoga class to help you recharge, de-stress and find a sense of peace among the chaos of daily life.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a more seasoned yogi, all levels are welcome! Yoga is about much more than asana and flexibility – it is meeting your body exactly where it’s at, and embracing the union of mind and body.
This class helps promote mindfulness both on and off the yoga mat – helping the inner peace and calmness you find in class to flow onwards through the rest of your day.
Mats, bolsters, blocks and straps provided, all you need to bring is yourself :)
