Interviews and discussions with experts on your rights and saftey

A collaborative event facilitated by Seniors Rights Service, Older Women’s Network and Older Persons Network Advocacy. Supported by the Narrabri Shire.

Panel discussion will focus on rights of older people, financial and emotional vulnerabilities and their safety.

The panellists are experts in the Advocacy field including: Craig Gear Older Persons Advocacy Network CEO, Beverly Baker Older Women’s Network Chair, Pat Joyce, Manager Advocacy Seniors Rights Service, Melissa Chaperlin Solicitor Seniors Rights Service and Maria Berry Consumer Representative and Education Co Ordinator for Celebrate Aging.

The Feisty Women of Oz are performing their Edinburgh Fringe Festival play “Don’t Knock Your Granny” & an interactive drumming workshop will finish the day in harmony.
