Well-being for Women presentations allow women (from all walks of life, any age group and any occupation) the opportunity to discuss and explore the various aspects that can affect our health and well-being including: relationships, food, periods, menopause, mothering, true breast care, our relationship to our self and self worth.
The presentations support the understanding of how lifestyle choices are key to our state of health and sense of well-being and how, by making simple shifts in our day-to-day life, including the way we care for and nurture our selves, has a powerful and lasting impact on our selves and all around us.
Our next Wellbeing for Women is approaching on Wednesday 7 December 6:30pm
How often do we stop, feel and appreciate and celebrate ourselves – especially at this time of the year?
In the lead-up to Christmas we’re going to do just that at our final Well-being for Women presentation for 2016. We’ll take the time to reflect on the year that was, and share what we’ve learnt as individuals and as a group – whether it was starting to understand our cycles, learning about our relationship with our breasts or how to prioritise ourselves in our daily lives.
So make sure you make the space to set the ‘silly season’ aside for just one evening and give yourself the gift of time and space to connect, share, appreciate and celebrate the woman you are and the women you have come to know this year.
All women are Welcome.
