In this Well Together Webinar, we explore the concept of emotional regulation, what it means and how to start. We discuss managing intense emotions, understanding vulnerabilities and how to challenge automatic responses.
Being able to regulate emotions assists with having a more positive relationship with yourself and others, as well as reducing the use of harmful and impulsive behaviours. Working on emotional regulation takes time and patience.
This webinar is a great starting point for those wishing to understand the topic further and is ideally supported and explored further with your treatment providers.
