You will be guided through different journaling exercises, group activities as well as self-care and self-expression exercises to awaken your powerful, positive, beautiful self.


In this training you will learn why the FOUR pillars - GRATITUDE, INSPIRATION, IMPACT and SELF EXPRESSION - are the core foundations of living a meaningful, purposeful, fulfilled life.


Here is a quick breakdown of what we will be covering in the 3 weeks:


Week 1: GRATITUDE, WEALTH, ABUNDANCE (May 8 - 14)


GRATITUDE is an underestimated superpower and extremely powerful tool to attract even more abundance into our life. We will be covering Gratitude for THINGS, PEOPLE and SELF, which GRATITUDE FOR SELF will be the biggest part (self-acknowledgement, self-appreciation, self-acceptance, etc.)


Week 2: INSPIRATION, PURPOSE (May 15 - 21)


Do you feel inspired every day? How can we be inspired and live a life full of excitement?? My friend, the world is your oyster! You will learn how to encourage YOURSELF to go for your dreams and follow your heart, discover your purpose and meaning with the help of journaling.


Week 3: CONTRIBUTION, MAKING A DIFFERENCE, MEANING IN LIFE (May 22 - 28)

Do you think you are too small to make a difference in this world? Believe it or not: You CAN make a difference. You will learn how it all starts with YOURSELF and that YOU have more power and influence than you think. To realise your ability to make a difference will give you a new perspective on HOW IMPORTANT YOU ARE and how much impact you can have. You count! And everything you do matters. The exercises we are going to do will open your eyes to a NEW YOU :-)


Throughout the 3 weeks, feel free EXPRESS YOURSELF in the most comfortable way. Don’t overthink! — Have you noticed that children have a beautiful ability to express themselves? They aren't weighed down by social judgements, pressures and fears of rejections. As we grow up that fun and beautiful expression we have starts to be suppressed. Being self expressed means, people get to witness the FULL YOU. Sharing yourself FULLY is vital for inner peace, fulfilment and happiness. We will go through a series of techniques to help you unlock your full expression.

Over the past year I have been helping mainly women but also men to incorporate Positive Journaling into their daily practice. I have been running workshops, developing online courses and have also created a physical journal which I aim to publish later this year.
