About this event
7pm till 9 pm the third Wednesday of each month.
Grandmother Christine supports people through a well-being meditation. Helping people to regroup, which will allow them to find their own well-being/balance again.
Well-being can only be gathered through stillness!
Each month is themed to support balance in many blocked areas of our lives. Journalling books will be provided.
We will start with a cuppa, a chat, then Meditation/Quiet Time and then home for hopefully a blissful month to come.
