EVENT REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL UNDER OUR COVID SAFE PLAN.

Your Welcome to Campus event will help you get set up for Uni. You'll get to meet your fellow students, and have plenty of time to sort out your ID card and resolve any enrolment questions you might have.

In the morning our focus is on Newnham campus, starting at 9:30AM. Register here to attend the morning session and ensure you don't miss out on all the essential information, free morning tea and fun stuff.

From 1 o'clock we will be running a shuttle bus service down to Inveresk Campus for our relaxed afternoon chill out session. There will be live music, food trucks with lots of yummy free food options, and you'll get a chance to hang out with new friends and meet your TUSA student representatives and UTAS student leaders.

We'll run the shuttle bus service throughout the afternoon until 4:30PM, so you won't have any trouble getting back to Newnham campus.

The day starts at 9:30AM and finishes at 4:30PM, so wear comfortable shoes and clothes (there will be a lot of opportunities to sit on the grass) and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We will have sunscreen and hand sanitiser for you, but remember to apply and re-apply to stay safe.

Your meeting points:

Catch the shuttle bus to Inveresk from outside the Swanson Building on Newnham campus. It will run regularly from 1PM.

If you get lost, or you aren't sure where to go, please come to our Welcome Point outside the Student Services Building (Building Y) for help. It's always a good idea to come a little bit early if you aren't sure where you need to be. Our student leaders can't wait to help you figure it all out.
