During this workshop you will:

Under hypnosis conducted by a Nationally Accredited Clinical hypnotherapist Sviatlana Starr you will:

Sviatlana Starr is a nationally qualified hypnotherapist/psychotherapist/VGB practitioner and NLP life coach specialising in weight loss, anxiety and depression.
She started her professional practice in 2006 and since then helped hundreds of people lose extra weight and keep it off; to overcome anxiety, depression and unwanted habits; often after traditional methods failed to help those people.
In her 20s Sviatlana suffered from social anxiety, had a very low self-esteem and struggled to lose extra weight until she overcame those issues with the help of NLP and clinical hypnosis. This inspired her to become qualified in these therapies in order to help others.

Kate Martin has worked in the health field for 17 years. Over this time she has helped lots of people overcome many varied health issues. Among her clients are postnatal women, athletes, body builders, people suffering from hormonal imbalances and those who simply want to lose extra weight. Kate is a Personal Trainer, Massage therapist and is also qualified in Nutrition.
Kate was over 100 kg in weight after the birth of her child, so she knows on a personal level what it's like to be overweight. She lost her extra weight by applying the knowledge that she will share with you during the workshop.
