Have you tried everything you know how to lose weight, but no matter how little you eat or how much exercise you do the weight just won't shift or it quickly comes back again afterwards? Are you frustrated with food cravings?

It seems that we are gaining more weight than ever before and it also seems to be harder and harder to lose the weight, resist certain foods and regain our energy.

In this 3 hour workshop I will teach you how you can lose weight without starving yourself, without having to over-exercise, without having to drink special shakes etc.. We are going to look at losing weight naturally by understanding exactly what makes us fat in the first place (and its not actually fat!) Once you understand the simple science behind weight gain, I will show you the steps to implement a diet lifestyle that is easy to follow and will melt your fat away quickly and safely.

Conventional diets just DON'T work!:

  • Calorie Restriction - Does NOT work
  • Over Exercising - Does NOT work
  • Starvation - Does NOT work
  • Will Power - Does NOT work

There is a way to lose weight & regain control of your health while feeling full & satisfied, without starving yourself and without having to do copious amounts of exercise.

In this 3 hour workshop you will learn everything you need to know to take control of your weight and therefore your health.

Whether you have a little to lose, weight around your belly that won't budge or a lot to lose this workshop will give you the information you need to fulfill your goals. By the way, it IS possible to target weight loss around your middle!

I'm blown away by the health changes I've seen in this first week. Clear airways and eyes, tinnitus gone, uninterrupted sleep leading to me waking refreshed and energetic rather than tired and stiff.

My arthritic joints are easing and swelling reducing, the brain fog is gone. My bladder is calm so I'm voiding less frequently with greater volume and best of all my bowel is working properly.

I'm happy, active and purposeful at last, just like my old self before my health failed. I'm loving it!
