You’ll explore a range of practices that ease stress and support restoration, alongside simple breathing techniques and exercises that enhance concentration, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
Whether you’re looking to recharge after a busy week, find balance in your work and home life, or sharpen your mental clarity, this class offers practical tools to reset your body and mind.
Details:
Location: Chopper's Gym, (upstairs) 3 Badham st, Dickson, ACT
Day/time: Sunday's 10-11AM (no late entry, doors will be locked)
** If this is your first event please arrive 10min early to complete waivers **
Tickets: $20 (+ booking fee)
What to bring: For comfort, you may like to bring a yoga mat, light blanket, and drink bottle.
Age requirements: As sessions can involve highly activated breathing practices, all participants must be over 15 years of age with participants under 18 years accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Medical: Certain breathwork practices are not suitable for people with cardiovascular issues, severe hypertension, epilepsy, pregnancy, glaucoma, certain psychiatric conditions, psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, and acute infectious illnesses. If you currently fall into one of these categories please contact us to discuss before booking.
Refunds: Refunds and name transfers are available up to 24 hrs prior to event. Tickets can be credited to a later date with written notice prior to the event start time.
