- Any personal medications/blister kit
- Wet weather gear/sun protection (as per the forecast - we will remind you 24 hours before of the expected weather),

We will provide a hot drink along the track (tea/coffee/hot choc) and a morning tea stop with snacks - please remember a mug or lightweight cup for a hot drink and advise us of any allergies before the walk so we can cater as best we can.
