Stability, Flexibility, Rotational and Strength Training for Snow Sports

About this event

  • Prepare for the slopes and get snow-fit. Make the most out of your weekends away, tackle the harder runs, and recover quickly from long days on the slopes.
  • In this session work on improving your range of motion with mobility, flexibility and stability training.
  • Focus on toe-to-heel balance for transferring your weight from toe edge to heel edge; flexing and extending the knees, ankles, and hips, which helps generate airtime; core rotation, which allows for controlled spinning in the air; and the ability to shift weight between the front and back foot, which allows greater control.
  • Guide your movements and remain in control with our strength symmetry training, working on the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and core engagement.
