Presented by Holistic Nutritionist - Sarah Hansen

Sarah is a qualified Holistic Nutritionist, Wellness speaker & Bowen Therapist who lives life with enthusiasm & spark. Her mission is to empower people to live fun, healthy, balanced lives with passion & purpose. Living in harmony with family, community & the environment ✌🏾🌏💛

Her approach to nutrition teaches you to take small, sustainable steps over time, remove feelings of overwhelm & take things back to simplicity, allowing you to thrive, not just survive. Following a holistic path to nutrition where food is medicine, what you eat can slowly poison you creating disease, or promote health, vitality & longevity.

Sarah utilises simple yet effective methods to enable you to not only learn & understand what will bring greater health, but implement & confidently continue to build on your knowledge. She does this by teaching simple skills like how to read packaging labels on food & household products. This allows you to recognise ingredients that will cause harm & disease & make the best decisions for you & your family's health.

It's about creating a lifestyle that supports good health. It's as much about the environment you live in as what you eat.

The Power of Silence for Self-Healing – An introductory workshop with Jennifer Forster

The answers are within.

We’ve all heard this phrase a million times and intellectually we know what it means. But how do we actually experience this?

How do we find those answers?

How do we even know what we are looking for?

And the bigger question if you find them… Now what?

In the past year Jennifer has listened to silence for over 500 hours and not only has discovered the power of this process, she has also made peace with stress, anxiety and overwhelm in all areas of her life. This has enriched her life from the ground up but most profoundly it has opened her heart to heal herself and ultimately the world.

Though the world would have you believe that sitting in silence is for monks, requires sitting cross legged, burning incense is mandatory and you’ll end up with shiny clean chakras. And whilst this is one version of this powerful practice, the self-healing tools you will take home from this workshop will not require any of this.

What do you need to bring? Just your beautiful open heart and a willingness to be curious.

What will you leave with? The release of an old story, pattern, program or limitation and the knowledge to do this in your everyday life.

This 2.5 hour workshop is intended as an introduction to this remarkably powerful self-healing practice and will include information, a practice and interactive group discussion.

About Jennifer:

On the eve of turning 40, Jen walked away from her ‘perfect’ life which catapulted her into a quest to learn, unlearn and relearn all that she thought she knew. She navigated entrepreneurial plains as a multiple business owner, solo parented two children, pioneered change for women abroad, succeeded as a competitive sportsperson and adventured globally. What she discovered transformed the way she works, parents, loves and lives.

Her new book, The Power of a Peaceful Woman: 49 Ways to drop the armour and defuse the drama shares 49 practical ‘real life lessons’ she has learned, unlearned and relearned.

This has taken her from being an overwhelmed and burnt out woman who was barely surviving the stress of each day to living armourless and dramaless in all areas of her life.
