Weed ID and Control Workshop

Join weed management experts from Cedar Grove Landcare and learn various weed control techniques for common weeds found in Logan. You will be shown how to use chemicals safely and effectively and how to determine whether they are necessary. This workshop will provide you with skills that you can take home to your own gardens and properties.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

• This event is family friendly and is recommended for 12 years and older.
• Parent/Guardian supervision required for children at all times.
• This is an outdoor workshop and will involve the use of weed management equipment.
• You must register and secure a ticket for all people attending. Spaces are limited.
• Detailed event information will be sent to the email address provided upon registering.

INFORMATION FOR THE DAY OF THE EVENT:

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event to check in.
• Please wear fully enclosed shoes, sun-smart clothing, hat and sunscreen. Bring along gloves, drinking water, insect repellent, and a camera or mobile phone for pictures.
• This event may be cancelled or postponed if the weather conditions aren't suitable. We will notify you via text and email no later than 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
