Note: A few things to note
- Please bring your own yoga mat; feel free to bring your own block or prop should that be in your practice.
- Prompt start at 7:00 AM so arrive 5 minutes before the start.
- You must register to attend this class, even if you have registered for a previous class.
- A waiver is required for all new attendees; save time and fill out online before the class. Click here to go to the online waiver: Release and Waiver Form
- If you have filled out a Release Waiver before, you do not need to fill out another one.

About us: Southbank Yoga
Southbank Yoga offers a classical approach to our classes based on Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga. The yoga we teach is a hatha style and each class is planned to include poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas), and meditation.
The classes start out with a gentle meditation and pranayama and then progressively build the energy levels which peak approximately 30 minutes into the class. We then start to reduce the energy levels, ultimately finishing the class with a restful savasana. Students can take breaks as needed at any time in the class, whilst those seeking to explore their practice will also have an opportunity to do so.
The class suits all yogis, from "never done" yoga to the more experienced.
Each student is required to sign a Release and Waiver form which can be done online (link below) or in person before the class starts.
