3. Superfcial and Deep fascia
4. Muscle physiology focusing on the relationship between muscle and fascia
5. The functional relationship between the muscle and the fascia becoming the myofascia
as a contractile structure producing and transferring forces
6. Typical types of injuries to the myofascia and their physiological response to injury
7. Acute, sub-acute and chronic stages of the healing and remodelling process
8. Restoring ideal length and movement back into the injured myofascial structure

3. Assessment and treatment of these common upper body musculoskeltal conditions
4. Static and dynamic fascial mobilisation therapy in the form of stretches to the associated
myofascial lines/slings

sustained loads to functional loads
