Event description

Webinar Panel - "MEN TALKING Mental Health & Psychological Safety"

Hence the all Male panel but rest assured, this event is absolutely open to all genders!

Mental Health is one of the worlds biggest issues as we battle covid-19 and will continue to be as we transition to a new 'normal' and beyond.

We all realise there has been a shift in the acceptable norms relative to the roles of "Hunters & Gatherers" & "Primary Care Givers" and the sexes. Even so, for a lot of Men, the old mindset still exists where emotions and mental health are rarely acknowledged, let along talked about openly. This needs to change!

If we can't talk openly about this in the middle of a global pandemic / economic crisis, then when will be the right time? Let's face it, this is long overdue!

SIRF Roundtables <=== Follow us here. We're giving away $100k AUD FREE training to support industry through covid-19!

This SHOULD, and NEEDS to be talked about MORE. YES, EVEN BY MEN!

Hence the all Male panel. But, the event is absolutely open to all genders!

Everyone needs to KNOW it's OK to talk about these topics openly and that doing so is a sign of strength not weakness. Speaking up about it shows character, care, compassion & empathy and a genuine desire to help others.

Our aim with this event is for people to see and hear Men openly talking about these important topics and hopefully in turn, start a conversation with others after the webinar.

"If this panel helps to prevent one suicide it will have been worth its weight in GOLD!"

So come join us!

Hear about these topics & real life experiences from Men who are open to talking about it.
