Why the change from the live webinar format?

We received some great feedback about the webinars, including areas for improvement around webinar quality, sound, accessibility and timing. To make sure we are able to deliver a better experience for our users, we are now pre-recording the webinars and they will be available to view on demand.

Do I still need to register?

Registration is required if you want to automatically receive a notification including the webinar link, as soon as the release is uploaded into the NHVR Portal. For any user who doesn't register, the webinar video will be available on the Help Centre to view anytime via the link:

What is the NHVR Portal?

The NHVR Portal is an online platform with multiple views and components used to manage heavy vehicle road access and registrations in Australia.

The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) is continually improving the way heavy vehicle permits are lodged, assessed and issued across the country with updates to the NHVR Portal.

The Portal currently includes two modules in the online platform, Access and Registration. New service areas will be added to the Portal in 2019, including Accreditation, PBS and Vehicle Standards.
