Description

Do you find the modern world to be stressful, with competing demands from work and family?

Maybe you can never get on top your email inbox and it's stressing you out?

Maybe you find it's difficult to say 'No' and now you are overloaded with no 'me time' in the day.

I know, from my experience, this can make us irritable as we rush to get everything done without time for relaxation to recover. We don't want to live this way.

You may be worried that being constantly stressed out is affecting your physical health?

And that's OK.

Evolutionary speaking we weren't designed to handle the constant stress of the modern world.

In this webinar, Stephen Ward (MSc) will set out how being constantly stressed-out can affect your health and what you can do about it such as introducing new nourishing habits, a healthy diet, and what to avoid that drains our energy.

Now, I know introducing new habits such as regular yoga or meditation is hard. How many of us have started the year with a resolution to do these things but didn't keep up with it as life's demands got in the way? And so we will look at ways to give us the best chance of making our shiny new habits stick so that we can lead a life that nourishes us, rather than drains.

We will also explore how it may be possible to overcome the internal causes of our mental and emotional stress for good!
