Event description

Description

We are in unchartered territory when it comes to COVID-19; the industrial relations framework was not developed to cope with this type of pandemic.

This interactive webinar is your opportunity to listen and share ideas and experiences on:

  • keeping your staff and customers safe

  • what to do if a staff member can't come to work

  • staff leave, payments and productivity

  • staff communications and maintaining morale.

This webinar is for any business owner who is worried or affected by the current pandemic.

The facilitator for this webinar, Stirling Business Association, provides support, learning and networking for business owners in and around the Stirling community. Their presenter is a HR consultant working with small and family businesses and aged care organisations.

This workshop is presented by the SBDC, the only agency in the Western Australian Government dedicated to helping small business. In fact, we've been providing practical support to small business owners for more than 30 years.
