The current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has many small business owners wondering where to next. There could be many challenges ahead, from financial uncertainty to supply chain issues, as well as the possibility of you or your staff becoming sick.

Developing a practical crisis communication plan is therefore essential.

This webinar will walk you through how to create a plan quickly and easily. It will also look at key communication channels and how to best engage with your stakeholders.There will be time for a Q&A at the end of the presentation.

The facilitator for this webinar, Stirling Business Association, provides support, learning and networking for business owners in and around the Stirling community. Their presenter has been working as a digital marketing educator and strategist for more than 20 years, including experience in large corporates , government, not-for-profits and small businesses.


This workshop is presented by the SBDC, the only agency in the Western Australian Government dedicated to helping small business. In fact, we've been providing practical support to small business owners for more than 30 years.
