TFIA WEBINAR SERIES:

The Basics - Textile & Fibre

Origins and Properties

Join us for two specially developed webinars covering the basics on fibres and textiles.

The first webinar will outline commonly used fibres, exploring their origins and classifications, as well as performance characteristics and fibre costs in terms of environmental impact and world fibre prices.

The second webinar will explore some methods of textile construction, as well as how to identify fibres in fabrics and what to consider when selecting or designing textiles.

This information is invaluable for anyone looking to enter the textile, clothing and footwear industry, and could be used as a refresher for anyone already in the business looking to refine and enhance their existing fibre knowledge base.
