I’ve known Ian Berry for more than a decade. Most recently, I was a participant in season one of his signature program ‘We Need To Talk’.

I recognise in Ian’s work patterns described in Ken Segall’s book ‘Think Simple: How Smart Leaders Defeat Complexity’. Ian has the ability to go to the core of an issue, highlight the essence, distinguish nuances, put ideas together, make the complex simple, and create something that works.

Ian presents ideas compellingly, often through stories that touch hearts and inspire shifts in one’s thinking, which he calls sparkenations.
