Wagyu Masterclass at Marble & Grain
Experience the world’s best beef during our exclusive Wagyu Masterclass.
Presented by Havericks Meats and Westholme over a five course lunch with matching wines you will experience the unique qualities of Westholme wagyu. Every cut is an expression of unmatched heritage, the exceptional Australian environment and the never-ending search for perfection. The result is wagyu that is tender, juicy and flavourful, characterised by the fine, even marbling that is the Westholme signature.
You will also hear about the difference between grain fed and grass fed cattle and the challenges the industry has faced over the last few years.
Please use the same surname for bookings when making ticket purchases so we can seat parties together. Bookings of 6 or more people cannot be guaranteed a private table.
