Commencing Sunday 21 November over ten weeks, in the Sunday matinee tradition join John Flaus at the Northern Arts Hotel when he will introduce and engage wholeheartedly in a dialogue with the audience about one of his chosen films. At 87, John is a Castlemaine local, a national treasure, commentator, actor, film doyen, and a generally good bloke who, after a lifetime of watching, has chosen ten films which you must not miss.

2.30 pm commencing Sunday 21 November to 19 December, then recommencing 16 January. Ten films over ten weeks before and after Christmas. All shown free.

Films directed by Billy Wilder, Howard Hawks, Carl Theodor Dreyer, Humphrey Jennings, Orson Welles, Fritz Lang, Satyajit Ray, Stanley Donen, Yasujirō Ozu, Jacques Demy. Films to be shown each week will be chosen on the day.
