About this event

Join us for a face-to-face community information session to chat with the team about the project and provide your ideas and feedback on the new station precinct and open space.

Please note that face-to-face sessions will be run in 45-minute time slots to help keep our staff and community members COVID-safe. Please register for the time that most suits you.

Terms of Entry

Registration for all sessions is required. To give every community member the opportunity to attend, we ask that you register for one time-slot only.

Attendees must be double vaccinated for COVID-19 and will need to show proof of vaccination (or exemption) before entry.

All attendees will be required to check-in before entry, our team will be able to assist with check-in if necessary. Individuals who refuse to check-in will not be permitted entry to the event.

Attendees must adhere with all COVID-safe requirements, including wearing a properly fitted face mask and social distancing. Individuals who refuse to comply with these requirements will not be permitted entry to the event.

One ticket permits entry to one individual, each additional individual (excluding children under 12) will be required to register via Eventbrite before the event.

Please have your ticket printed or ready on your mobile device for ease of entry.

The sessions will run for 45 minutes with a 15-minute break in between to allow time for a COVID-safe clean.

Aggressive and violent behaviour will not be tolerated. Any individual who displays this sort of behaviour will be asked to leave the event.
