Walking the Murray, Reading Swan Hill

About this Event
This walk invites members of the public to encounter the rich and diverse literary history of the river through situated readings of poetry, prose and local history.
It will begin at the James Belsar Reserve (behind the Bowling Club, near the bridge) and proceed along the river for a distance of 1.3km, concluding with the opportunity for coffee and conversation at Spoons Riverside cafe.
This event is part of the Reading in the the Mallee research project which is sponsored by the the Swan Hill Regional Library, Deakin University and RMIT University.
