Iconic southern American style BBQ comes to Tasting Australia in 2017 thanks to sustainable meat producers, Wakefield Grange. This three-course grill will feature seasonal produce from the region cooked in true artistic style. Wakefield Grange’s sponsored smoking team, Rub & Grub, have been ranked in the top sixteen in Australia. Smoked meats will be served by the farmers themselves, and tales of veggie origins told by the region's leading produce ambassador and wholesaler, Rachel McMillan from Scoop. Hither & Yon wines will be matching wines throughout each course.
