Special guest speaker, Dale Rees-Bevan from SpeakersBank and author of “The Speaking Formula” will be giving our guests tools to gain confidence and empowerment for talking about the goals and your cause. Confidence and empowerment are the starting points to building trust and engagement in a team. Your credibility as a team leader and your strategies for building your team are integral to the success of your projects. Dale will take you through 7 key confidence behaviours and strategies to create engaged teams that are bound together by respect.
