Facilitator

The facilitator, Tulsi van de Graaff, is a communication and conflict expert and a former lawyer, with a psychology, mediation, counselling and investigation background. Tulsi works with organisations to create impressive teams, great people and inspiring leaders and to solve the complex and challenging people, communication and culture problems. Her areas of expertise include organisational cultural change, leadership development, emotional intelligence, relationship building, volunteer management, team repair, dealing with challenging behaviours and coaching and mentoring.Tulsi has extensive experience working with volunteers, volunteer organisations and councils.
