Event description

Description

Historically and contemporaneously the discussion about Indigenous rights, recognition and treaty have been of great ongoing importance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the country.

For this year's annual ANU NAIDOC Week panel, we invite you to come and listen to the voice of 3 incredible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander speakers answer your questions and give their thoughts on the theme of 'Voice Treaty Truth'.

Morning tea of tea and coffee; fruit platters; and a selection of cakes and slices will be available for attendees.

This event is located on Level 1 of the Marie Reay Teaching Centre. The venue for this event is physically accessible. There are accessible and gender-neutral bathrooms within the building. The closest parking (including accessible parking spaces) is the Kambri underground carpark.

If you have any accessibility requirements or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact ANUSA Indigenous Department at sa.indigenous@anu.edu.au or message our Facebook page.

Stay tuned for updates about the panellists, opportunities to submit your questions to panellists ahead of time and other event announcements.
