Freight2020 is the leading Australian-developed transport management system. VISION brings together Freight2020 users from all over Australia and New Zealand to share knowledge of business-process optimisation and learn more about what's in store for system development releases in the near future.

Registered interstate/intrastate/international delegates may take advantage of earlybird accommodation offers, as well as complimentary welcome drinks with canapés, followed by group dinner on the night prior to the event.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
You are welcome to bring a laptop and mobile devices. Free WiFi is available @ Rydges. To participate in the interactive demo of Freight2020 Driver Mobility you would need to bring a smartphone or tablet (iOS or Android).

Do I need to cancel my registration if I can't make it?
Due to provisions for seating and catering, if you can't make it to VISION we need to be advised as soon as possible.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
If someone else will be attending on your firm's behalf, please provide us with their name and title in advance.
Can I update my registration information?
You can login to Eventbrite and change your information or contact coordinator Peter Romana on 03 9018 7080 or email@example.com. Please let us know if you have any rigorous dietary requirements.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You won't need your printed ticket if you have registered and the coordinator has confirmed with you via email.
What is the refund policy?
Refund for cancellation of any accommodation is between the delegate and Rydges Melbourne and subject to the terms and conditions of Rydges Melbourne. Full refund for optional banquet attendance is available for cancellations up to 7:00pm on Tuesday 21 March 2017.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
You should let us know in advance if the names of any delegate representatives of your firm have changed.
Can I bring extra people along?
Seating and catering is provided for an exact number of registered delegates. If you wish to bring additional guests, please contact the coordinator in advance.
