• They eliminate confusion and uncertainty

• Generate ideas, and stimulate action

• Meetings clarify and reinforce goals and objectives

• Define roles, responsibilities, solve
 problems, and cirulate information.

In many organizations, decisions are made in meetings,
 not by individuals.

A well- planned and conducted meeting is productive, with clear achievements. Participants and the meeting leader leave with feelings of accomplishment.
