Rum in Australia is evolving.

Our island nations style has always had a intense, larger than life palate, it's who we are. But we are starting to find a connection to what make us unique and diverse. In this last year we have started to focus on what it means to be Australian, so we've decided take this time to host the first Rum Club of the year to talk about the different styles and traditions seen in the rums we produce around the country. What is old and what is new.

We will be have a 5 rum panel masterclass and discussing with rum distillers & ambassadors from across the nation the new wave of rums coming in 2021. This will be part of a purely online sessions for Rum Club and part on a new format on top of in-person events for each of the clubs at The Rum Club Australia.
