Leave all ideas you have about what you need to be and do at the door and step into a sanctuary for yourself.

Meditation classes incorporate guided meditations, breathwork and deep relaxation to woo you back to a more grounded, relaxed, productive and creative self. Discover greater clarity as you empower yourself with tools to leave behind the stress of day to day life and reignite a way of being that will leave you happier than before. Come dressed as you are, in your normal work/day attire.

In preparation for your Virtual Wellbeing Session:

  • Set up a comfortable space, without distraction, that will support you in being present throughout the session.
  • To make yourself as comfortable as possible, we recommend a cushion and blanket.
  • Make sure your device (smartphone/tablet/laptop or computer) is connected to a strong internet or mobile service.
  • Turn your mobile phone on silent.
