Virtual Crucial Teams Trainer Certification
Overview
Becoming a certified Crucial Teams® trainer enables you to build stronger, more collaborative teams by equipping others with the skills to understand motives, leverage strengths, and navigate conflict productively. Certification authorises you to deliver Crucial Teams training and facilitate Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI®) debriefs within your organisation - two powerful capabilities in one certification.
Crucial Teams is built on the SDI®, a research-based workplace personality assessment that helps people better understand themselves and others for healthier relationships and more effective teamwork. Because the SDI® is embedded throughout the Crucial Teams experience, trainer certification places a strong emphasis on confidently facilitating SDI insights and applying them to real workplace interactions.
By certifying internal leaders and facilitators, organisations can embed Crucial Teams in a cost-effective, scalable way while tailoring delivery to their culture, teams, and challenges. This leads to deeper skill transfer, stronger relationships, and more sustainable improvements in team performance.
Crucial Teams Trainer Certification prepares and authorises you to confidently deliver the course through a blend of content mastery, video-based learning, facilitation practice, teach-backs, and coached group discussion.
