This is a wonderful introduction to cake decorating or a fabulous way to widen your skill set if you have already mastered the basics of setting up a full size cake with ganache and fondant. You will learn how to ice cupcakes using buttercream and fondant. You will then decorate 6 vintage style cupcakes with hand modelled decorations. You will learn the following techniques which can be used on cupcakes or on large special occasion cakes.
- quilting, simple and easy roses, leaves and blossoms, imprinting onto fondant, and how to make sweet little bows and buttons.
All equipment and ingredients are provided along with morning tea.
