Justine Fardell

Government Communication Strategist

Justine brings to Screencraft over 16 years of experience in corporate affairs and media in the private and public sectors. Justine worked in the financial services industry for companies including AMP Capital Investors and Promina Group (now Suncorp), producing and implementing strategic corporate communications for investment fund launches, stock exchange announcements, AGMs, demergers, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has valuable experience in crisis management both in the private and public sectors.

Justine joined the Australian Government in 2005, working at the federal Attorney-General’s Department where she managed national awareness campaigns relating to national security and family law changes. She then moved across to the Australian Federal Police, working in the media team and then implemented the AFP’s first foray into social media by developing the AFP’s social media strategy.

Justine brings to Screencraft solid government and strategic communications experience. She has a Bachelor of Communications in Journalism from the University of Canberra.

Michael Fardell

Managing Director of Screencraft Media

Founder and Managing Director of Screencraft, Michael has a wide range of experience in this role, and brings to the table an efficient work style and passion for creativity. Michael’s experience in television and video production has varied across many genres since his introduction to the industry in 1999. He has been involved in the production of extreme sports as well as magazine and corporate television, and sees a need for exceptional creativity for demanding viewers. Having this as a backbone to his experience has greatly benefited his approach to other projects.With experience on working on international projects, travelling through Papua New Guinea, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Mexico and the USA, Michael has a strong desire to create editorially sound projects with cut through.

His roles have varied from directing to editing. His philosophy is to endeavour to efficiently create work that both conforms to the fashion of the period whilst adopting new and innovative methods.Michael has worked with many government departments on various projects including the Australian Defence Force, the Australian Federal Police, the Attorney-General’s Department, Department of Industry and the Department of Communications. He understands the government landscape and the various ways in which departments require services delivered. In the corporate domain, brands he has worked with are the Australian Pharmacy Guild, Walker Developments, Red Bull, Boost Mobile, Hurley and Billabong.

Jordan Mullen

Digital Strategist & CEO of Thrive Digital

Jordan Mullen is a leading Australian digital marketing strategist and founder of Thrive Digital. For more than 10 years Jordan has been specialising in digital marketing, helping 100's of global commercial and non commercial organisations get more results from their digital marketing campaigns.

Jordan works with organisations who are looking to achieve more results and utilises platforms like Google and Facebook to achieve great results. His focus more recently has been on implementing landing pages and marketing funnels to create high impact results from digital marketing spend.

Whilst Jordan started Thrive in Canberra he has moved his headquarters to Melbourne Australia to tap into the range of innovation & skills in thriving city of creativity.
