What's the refund policy?

Ticket costs are non-refundable, unless Victress Connection Ltd cancelled the event for which the refund is sought or otherwise failed to provide the event as advertised. This refund policy does not seek to contract out of any rights consumers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To seek a refund, please email info@victressconnection.com.au, providing reasons for the refund sought. Your request must be made within 10 business days of the date of the event for which you seek a refund. A Director of Victress Connection Ltd will respond to your request within 5 business days.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Your ticket is transferrable to another person employed by the same business as you, provided the total number of employees attending the event from that business does not exceed 2 and you advise Victress Connection Ltd of the name of the new attendee no less than 3 business days before the event. Notification must be sent by email to info@victressconnection.com.au
