Victorian Cancer Survivorship Community of Practice [Feb 2026] - In person

By Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC)

Overview

Join us at the Victorian Cancer Survivorship Community of Practice event to connect, share experiences, and support one another in person!

The Victorian Cancer Survivorship Community of Practice forum brings together health professionals with an interest in cancer survivorship and the implementation of survivorship models of care. The forum provides a valuable opportunity to explore key issues in survivorship and to exchange insights and practical learnings.

This free event is open to anyone working with cancer survivors across all sectors, including hospitals, community and non-government organisations, research and policy.

Delivered as a joint initiative between the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC), Victorian Integrated Cancer Services (VICS) and the Department of Health, the forum offers a collaborative day of networking and knowledge sharing. Together, we will showcase survivorship care across Victoria, highlight innovative approaches and share practical strategies that support improved outcomes for cancer survivors.
