Most factories, facilities, industrial plant and installations are heavily electrical and instrumentation based these days. To the point, making sure these electrical and instrumentation systems are well maintained becomes a very important factor to assure safety, quality, service and cost let alone meeting legislative and environmental responsibilities.

The systems and processes can be quite complex and people working in the electrical and instrumentation field are expected to be well versed in them and be responsible for their upkeep and maintenance. What are companies doing for electrical and instrumentation maintenance? is it as effective as needs be ? What are your challenges and issues ? What could you do to improve?

E&I maintenance

AGL Loy Yang A power station are kindly hosting this workshop and as part of the day will share on their electrical and instrumentation maintenance and their insights and learnings from what they do.

About SIRF Rt Common Interest Work Groups

All SIRF Rt events are designed to provide a safe environment for open discussion with peers on the topic of interest they are working on, in and around. SIRF Rt Common Interest Work Groups (CWIG’s) provide the best forum for peer-to-peer learning and best practice sharing. Participants are asked to bring something for ‘show and tell’ about the topic of the day as it applies at their organisation – it could be a full presentation, a few photos, a brief descriptions of their current efforts, a couple of charts or graphs – anything that will help improve the discussion or other participants’ understanding of your workplace. After each company shares the deeper discussion follows, guided by our practiced facilitators.
