Resilient Girls Bush Camps is for 10 -12 year old girls is a perfect way for early teens to be supported in their growth as young women and for mums to adapt to their changing role.

Girls will be guided in new experiences to assist with 'growing up' & independence as they ready to transition into womanhood.  Girls will build their self confidence, in preparation for their 'growing up' years with new peers & most importantly their mother.

Mothers will not camp, but need to be present for the first hour and last 2 hours of the camp to build their knowledge of their changing role in each others lives & own worlds.

Focus on: Self identity - Mind sets - Self-care - Womanhood - knowing yourself - understanding your intuition - Teen Physical, emotional and social changes
