Description

Introduction to the healing benefits of Transformational Yoga

Please join us to meet other Victorian yoga teachers in our community, participate in discussion, and earn 3 CPD points. This workshop, presented by Andria Kliszewski and Susan Douglass, will focus on the benefits of Transformational Yoga and deepening your own practice. This event is open to all Yoga teachers, members and non-members alike.

What's on the agenda?

We all know the benefits of the asana practice in yoga. We have learnt them, we have felt them and we teach them. During this process, there is a moment where we start to move deeper.

Something inspires us to learn more and move out of the physical practice and we start exploring our own inner journey. This at times can be confusing and sometimes depending on our physical practice we can feel stuck. In all yoga journeys if you continue there is a moment you need to go deeper.

The Transformational Yoga Practice in its original authentic origins will allow the depth of the practice to unveil itself. We are met with our own limitations and the blocks can be removed one step at a time.

Come and experience this truly authentic practice that has derived from the ancient Indian practice of yoga where Swami Vidyanand has prepared tools you need in order to make a difference in your everyday life. In-depth focus of asanas, chakras, mantras, breathing and meditation techniques giving you the knowledge you need to purify your body, stabilise your emotions, focus your mind and increase your spiritual well-being. Transformational Yoga is specifically to deepen your own practice and we caution using any of the practice in classes without prior training.
