Event description

Description

Are you looking for fresh ideas to teach the new Victorian Curriculum? Do you feel you have the knowledge to successfully incorporate Aboriginal People’s perspectives into your history teaching within Year 7/8? Would you like to see how your Year 7/8 students could visit our Gold Museum and encounter and handle real artefacts that are normally closed to the public? Do you want to see how you can revitalise your Year 9 programme by letting your students see a working example of the Industrial Revolution, or learn about Australia and Asia, in an educational, hands-on setting within Sovereign Hill? This program will provide teachers with knowledge and ideas using the resources of Sovereign Hill, the Gold Museum and Narmbool (including our new App and our new exhibit Bright Visions)
