Vegan Latin Cuisine

At ASMY, we have created a variety of vegan cooking demonstrations to introduce, inspire and whet your appetite for beautiful, whole food that will nourish your body and boost your glow. We aim to delight the senses with all our ASMY experiences, and our cooking classes are no exception – think delicious, beautifully presented food with easy recipes to recreate at home. Our next cooking class will be exotic Latin American cuisine! For most of us, the idea of South America sparks notions of adventure, diversity, vibrant colour, fun and passion. Nearly all of which can be experienced through it’s unique and ancient cuisine. This South American cooking class will take you on an adventure, exploring new ingredients and flavours, which perhaps have never graced your pantry or your palate, but will open a door that will leave you wanting more.

It's going to be an awesome afternoon, full of fun, education, interaction and feasting. After the demonstration we'll be serving out all the dishes so you can savour the aromas, flavours and textures.

*Parking - Please allow enough time for parking. We've included a map to some suggested parking close by. We have 5 carparks next to our entrance in Beattie St. There is 1/2 hour parking in Skinner St, that doesnt' apply after 12pm on Saturdays, so you can park there as long like.

There is also a car park in Ashington St, which is the street parallel to Skinner St. It is a vacant alotment and they charge $5 cash for unlimited parking for the day. A good option if you can't find a park nearby.
